It is welded in overall and formed with one process, thus ensuring rigidity and intensity.
Upper camber curve of the main girder is optimized quartic curve to ensure that there is no climbing resistance when the running structure is under full load, thus to avoid overload running of engine and trolley sliding.
All mechanical parts are connected with gear coupling. It is easy to install and maintain.
High performance engine exclusive for metallurgy. Has high lifting capacity. It is able to meet requirements of frequent use. Bridge structure with high strength provides further guarantee for high lifting capacity.
Variable frequency debugging or slow lifting function may be selected according to special requirements of customers, to realize precise location and safe transportation.
Uniquely designed linkage platform is characterized as small capacity, easy operation, nice outlook, complete function, safe and reliable. Otherwise, there are many operation modes may be selected.
Conventional configuration:
1) Cabin control.
2) Driver's room is opened or closed types.
3) Frequency converter is used on each mechanism, changed speed by resistance.
4) Working ambient temperature: -20° C~+45° C.
It's not suitable for lifting blazing & melting metal or toxicant as well as explosion-proof or insulating working conditions.
Other configuration user can choose:
1) The grab bucket close aspect has twain: Parallel and plumb main girder.
2) Lifting capacity include grab bucket weight.
3) Two kinds of power conduction: Angle iron and safe slippery touch line.
4) According to demand, it can be matched sugar cane grab, trash grab and lumber grab, etc.
