General purpose
The ME30t+30t-45m-20m-A7 double girder gantry crane is for outdoor scarp yard, for container sloping, loading & unloading scrap with magnetic chuck and hydraulic grab.
Working condition, temperature is -5 °C~50 °C. Application 1: container sloping
Double trolleys (each load in 30tons) lift the container by the hooks to slope and pour out all scrap steel to the scrap yard from the container. Application 2: load and unload scraps
The gantry crane is also equipped with hydraulic grab and magnetic chuck to load and unload the scraps. The grab and chuck can be removed from hook of trolleys, and both trolley unit can work independently or work synchronously as stated in application 1 2. Introduction of Structure
The crane is consisted by portal, left trolley, right trolley, traveling structure and electric equipment.
3. Central control device
The central control device of the crane is PLC control cabinet which is the control centre of the crane, and which is applied Siemens programmable controller (PLC for short) S7-300 series. The power of PLC is supplied by PLC air switch and through fuse box. The crane system applies master-slave sites model, main PLC +ET200 model, master-slave sites applied by communication.
Every signal of limit switches of the crane is sent to master PLC and slave sites through relay device. Every order signals of master order controller and every assistant signal of devices sent directly to PLC and control ordered every device after programs managed. 4. Safety protection1) Bumper
In both sides of frames of the gantry crane, crane bumper and trolley bumper are installed, used to reduce the impact effect, when the gantry crane and trolley travel to limit positions of both sides.
2) Storm anchoring device
In case to prevent movement of the gantry crane as unattended and wind's affect, hydraulic rail clamp is installed on the gantry crane.
3) Electrical protection
The gantry crane has as full set of safety protection system, such as electric, insulation, overload, limit, impact-proof, chain and so on. Limit switch and speed reducing switch are installed in the travelling area of the gantry crane.
The carriers have heat protection, travelling position limit and clamp limit protection. On the legs, coders are installed to ensure the speed of the motors of travelling are the same.
Load limiter to prevent overload and over height for the gantry crane. The inverter can protect and prevent every device of short circuit, overcurrent, motor overheat, undervoltage, overvoltage, ground connection, short circuit, stall, radiator overheat, brake overheat.
