Wire rope hoist is the most popular hoisting equipment, because of their characteristics of tight structure, smart body, safety and reliability, common-used parts, well changeable property, strong lifting capacity as well as convenient maintenance. The block can also work by fixing to a section of I-beam. It is a light duty designed for general work such as warehouse, workshop, mining, etc. There are two common models: CD1 model lifts with single speed, and MD1 model not only with usual speed but also with low speed.
The capacity is available by 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t, 16t, 20t, 32t. The lift height is available by 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m, 24m, 36m up to 100m.

Applicable scope and working conditions
This wire rope hoist applies to such an environment as no faire, no explosive danger, no corrosive media and no dirt exist. And the temperature is between 20° C below zero and 40° C up zero, the wetness is no higher than 85%, the applicable power source is 3_phase alternating current (A. C for short), 50 Hz (60Hz) frequency and (380V~66V) voltage. Their rated load must be reduced by 20%accordingly as their working grade increases by one grade compared to their middle-lever working grade.

Main Components
Motor: Block Motor is a taper type rotor motor with braking; It is one of the best quality motors, which has bigger torque, so it can be adapted to moving frequently, the Maximum torque is 2.4-3 times than the rated torque.
Rope Guide: Rope Guide is in two halves, ensuring easy accessibility. It encircles the drum completely so that the rope may not uncoil even when the Block is in unloaded condition. The rope guides of our company is thicken and dilated, so that it is not easy to be damaged.
Hook: The Hook is tested to 150 % of full load before assembly.
